After spending time in corporate finance positions, I put my passion for health and wellness at the center of my professional life. I went back to school to receive my personal training certification from NASM and then started working on my Pilates certification. I am classically trained and PMA certified. My training included all Pilates apparatus. Pilates is an amazing movement system that can help everyone from the fitness newbie to the seasoned athlete. I love what Pilates has done for my body which is why I love to share it with others. Pilates keeps my body healthy so I can pursue my other passions. Winter is my favorite season because it gives me the opportunity to get out on my skinny skis (Nordic Skiing). I stay in shape during the off-season with running, cycling, swimming, and hiking. In the rare moments when I relax, I like to garden, read, and travel.
