General Service Policy:
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please contact the class instructor or Laura at 952-250-1552, or email Laura@StudioL2Online.com
Reservation Policy:
Reservations are required 24-hours in advance. Classes require a minimum of 2 participants, or SL2 has the right to cancel. For classes with only one person registered: If you’re the only person signed up for a class, the instructor will contact you ahead of time and give you the choice of a) rescheduling yourself for a different day or b) paying an additional $20 for a private session.
Cancellation Policy:
i.e. “MOTIVATION” Policy – You must cancel your class reservation at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid “late” cancel or “no show” fees. Please invest in your health! Cancellation and no show fees will be enforced. Sorry, no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and strive to meet all of our students’ expectations regarding class availability.
