RX Suspension + Pilates = a unique, fun, challenging workout!  TRX is a full body workout system that leverages gravity and your own bodyweight using special straps.  You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself because you can adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance.  This pilates based TRX class is a great addition to your weekly schedule.  All levels welcome!
