This combination class takes the best of both the Tower and MVe chair to create an engaging workout that will challenge you to a new level of Pilates. The Tower is a system of springs and bars that support your body for proper stabilization and positioning which allows you to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles  Whether you’re sitting, standing, or kneeling on the MVe chair, your entire body will be engaged as it works the pedal to execute a variety of exercises.   All levels welcome!
