During Open Studio, you’re in control of your own workout.  Whether you want to work on exercises that you want to improve on or do your favorite exercise 50 times in a row, you decide!  One of our trained instructors will be there to answer any question and point you in the right direction if needed.  This is your time to practice what you’ve learned or come with a Pilates buddy and work out together.   *Must be Intermediate or Advanced to attend
